Account and payments

MelaGO supports cash, card, Telebirr, CBE Birr, and in-app wallet payments, depending on what's available for your trip type.

Your wallet holds any balance from refunds, referral bonuses, or loyalty rewards, and can be used toward future trips. Log in with email and password, or with Google if you've linked your account.

You can switch the app's language at any time from the language selector in the top navigation — MelaGO is available in English, Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, Tigrinya, Silt'e/Guragigna, Somali, Wolaytta, and Arabic.
