Going online, and how zones work

Tap Go online on your driver home screen to start receiving ride requests. You'll only be matched with nearby riders while you're online.

Zones let you tell MelaGO which parts of the city you know well — pick your zones under "My zones," and requests there will be prioritized for you. Some zones carry a zone bonus (🎯) during periods when that area is underserved by drivers — accepting a bonus-eligible pickup pays extra on top of the normal fare, shown right on the request.

You can filter incoming requests to only your zones (pickup, drop-off, or both) with "Zone filter," or leave it off to see everything nearby.
