Safety on MelaGO

Every active trip has an SOS button that immediately alerts our team with your live trip details — use it any time something feels wrong.

Riders can add trusted contacts under Safety settings; triggering SOS also notifies them by SMS with your trip details.

Every driver's documents (license, vehicle registration, insurance) are verified before they can go online, and a driver whose rating falls below our safety threshold is automatically suspended pending review.

On a long-running trip, MelaGO may show a quick "Still doing OK?" check-in — dismiss it if you're fine, or use it to trigger SOS immediately if you're not.
